Timely documentation is required to receive reimbursements for damages from the Hosting company. Our team will identify such damages or losses during the housekeeping process. The attention to detail along with thorough observation and inspections damages and losses will be documented with photos as soon as they are evident. Typically the guest will inform and take responsibility for any incident while there is insurance policies implemented on the other hand.
